Repeatability
High
The structure is identical every week: three CSVs in, one master file out, with the same transformation logic applied each time. This is a textbook repeatable pipeline with no meaningful variation in process.
Ambiguity Tolerance
Medium
Most outputs are crisp — price changes, stock-outs, and supplier exclusivity are binary or numeric. Near-duplicate deduplication is the exception: 'near-identical' requires a similarity threshold and matching strategy that must be defined upfront, but once set, success criteria are clear.
Data & Tool Availability
High
The agent only needs access to the three weekly CSV files and a place to write the output — no live APIs, credentials, or external systems required. File delivery can be automated via email, SFTP, or shared folder.
Error Cost
Medium
A bad merge could cause incorrect pricing or phantom stock to surface in a storefront, which has real revenue and customer-trust consequences. However, the output is a file reviewed before publishing, and errors are detectable and reversible before they cause downstream harm.
Human Judgment Required
Low
The logic is rule-based once deduplication thresholds are set. A human should review edge cases flagged by the agent (ambiguous duplicates, large price swings) rather than making every decision — the agent handles the bulk of the work cleanly.
